Morning Mantra *28

Good Morning

To receive what you desire in life, you need to be grateful for what you already have and you must be ready…

Sometimes it’s hard to be thankful for what you have because when problems knock in the door we tend to just look at the problems and forget what is going well in our lives, so this morning I would like you to take a minute to think about all the things that you are thankful about. Close your eyes and think… every time something comes up to your mind, say, Thank You!

Another important thing to receive the universes’ blessings is to be ready… to understand if you are ready you need to ask yourself, your mind and body how do you feel? If you feel secure and confident that the universe is taking care of you, great you are ready! If on the other side you feel insecure or you feel fear then I’m sorry you are not ready! But, no fear this can be changed with meditation and journaling…

So take your notebook, sit comfortably and let’s start with our first exercise… breathing:

Close your eyes – Inhale Slowly – Hold it for 3 seconds – Exhale…

Repeat the breathing as many times as you need to feel relaxed when you feel relaxed repeat the Mantra…

Repeat the mantra as many times as you need…

If you wish and if you are ready, write in your journal how you want your day to be and when you are finished, write down the mantra… and write the word Thank You… Read what you just wrote imagining all the things you wrote happening and feel the gratitude and joy inside of you.

This Will Change Your Day

Add the mantra to your phone and set up a reminder, repeat the mantra during the day breathing slowly… your day is going to be magical…
